The Loving Legacy – Fan and Dai Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit organization and registered 501(c)(3) charitable foundation dedicated to helping families protect what matters most through education, community outreach, and access to estate planning resources.
 

Founded by Dian Trabulsy in honor of her parents, Wenling Fan and Xiansheng Dai, the Foundation was created from a deep belief that every family deserves the opportunity to preserve their legacy, protect their loved ones, and plan confidently for the future—regardless of income, background, or circumstances.
 

Our mission is to increase awareness and access to estate planning education, legacy planning resources, and family preparedness tools for underserved communities, including seniors, immigrant families, veterans, faith communities, and households that may not otherwise have access to trusted guidance.
 

Through free educational workshops, community partnerships, resource guides, and public outreach initiatives, we help individuals understand important topics such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate avoidance, asset protection, and generational wealth preservation. While we provide education and connections to qualified professionals, we do not sell legal services or provide legal representation.
